Should I pay this annual invoice?" ....Wait, that is not a bill.  It is marketing materials.

There are a number of ambitious "annual domain listing" companies that send marketing materials which appear like invoices for domain related services.  DO NOT PAY THIS BILL without clearly reviewing this invoice to determine exactly what they are billing you for.  If you take the time to read these letters, it is very clear that they are simply offering you services.  These services appear to be related to being listed in their directory.  So really, it is not a scam, as they do clearly note that they are proposing "ANNUAL domain listing services" and nothing else.  I am sure they may provide great domain listing services on their business directory. However, this is not a required service for your domain or website.

AdverGroup was contacted by a local, but somewhat famous Orthopedic Sports Surgeon in Chicago.  Doctor G. Klaud Miller, MD was looking to create a new eLearning website where he could sell online continuing education videos relative to orthopedic surgery and all aspects of sports medicine/arthroscopy.  The doctor's vision was to create these videos and sell these online videos using ecommerce using a pay per view and subscription based model.   Doctor G. Web Design Client:  Relaxed Family Dental

The owner of this local Mount Pleasant, WI dental office needed a website for their brand new practice.  They wanted a modern, yet "country" design that would appeal to families in the area. With a focus on providing gentle and personalized care, they needed their website to reflect this atmosphere. They found AdverGroup by searching Google for a local website design and development company nearby. Even though they are located in Wisconsin, AdverGroup is nearby in northern Illinois and we were happy to visit their location in Wisconsin to meet and take photographs for their new website.  The client desired a clean and user-friendly layout for their website. The color palette consisted of calming blues and greens, with pops of bright colors to add some playfulness. Square Construction is a commercial and industrial general contractor that serves Chicago and its surrounding suburbs. "Now HVAC Air Conditioning Company" in Wellington, Florida was not happy with the performance of their existing website. K7W is a contractor specializing in building wood and composite decks for clients in Arlington Heights and it's surrounding suburbs. In fact, they build decks for clients through out the Chicago area.  This client had already had a website but was not happy with it's performance. They were aware that it was lacking in the area of search engine optimization (SEO), plus it did not adequately demonstrate their business because the old website was mostly using stock images.  K7W was happy to find AdverGroup for many reasons. This local franchise needed a new website.  Papa Ray's Pizza & Wings is a franchise restaurant with locations in Addison, Chicago, Des Plaines, Naperville and Palatine.  The owner first contacted us needing to move their website onto our server.  We then assisted them making website updates on their old website which was designed by another website designer.  However, that former website designer used an old and archaic template system which made it impossible to accomplish the new design requests that the website owner wished to see implemented.
